Did you make sure you were putting in zero's and O's properly (as in all zero's look like an O with a dash through it)?

we can already be sure that he didn't mistype the key. he's already said that the game accepted the key as valid, and then turned straight around and denied it.

Support's your best option. hope it gets fixed sometime soon.

The CE edition comes with a lot of acces keys, you sure you put the correct key in?

Except the game didn't accept the key, because when I asked what it said under Add/Manage Access Keys he said there was nothing there. If the game had accepted it, the key would be listed. I still think it's a mistyped key, or an incorrect key (the music key, maybe?).

hm i would say go to support and ask help or go to a a net store which i ahve no idea where at

I'm positive I have the right key, and I'm positive i entered it in right. it's the only one that is 25 characters and has GW Factions Access Key on it. Also, I did the whole play nc help thing and they did respond but they really haven't done anything yet, to fix the problem.
